Books

Books are available through your library, or for you to purchase. If using the library, it is well worth familiarising yourself with the classification codes used for your subject area. A number of different systems exist and it is worth knowing which one your library uses as this can save time when searching for something specific.

As well as general sites such as Amazon or eCampus there are online booksellers which specialise in science and even food science. Take a look at:
